Delegates' registration fees

• Standard rate (full registration) booked and paid after 31 January 2012 - USD750
• One-day registration fee at USD450
• Exhibitor rate is available at USD120 per day - for ancillary staff manning booths or for similar activity (includes all-day refreshments and attendance at any conference reception held on that day)

Delegates' entitlements

The registration fee for a full delegate includes:
• Attendance at all QS-MAPLE conference sessions
• Admission to the exhibition
• Copy of the conference programme – QS-MAPLE The Book
• Lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks in exhibition hall
• Networking buffet dinner
• Conference kit

All signed-up delegates will receive an acknowledgement of their registration and an auto-generated invoice/receipt.

Registration will be valid only if accompanied by payment within 7 days.

Block-booking bonus and discount
Group registration of five(5) delegates from the same institution will enjoy ONE(1) additional delegate at no charge – that is, send six(6) but pay for only five(5)!

Cancellation Clause

Replacement of names is allowed. Please notify the Organiser by 19 April 2012.
